Charlton manager Guy Luzon called on the fans to get behind the side after the Addicks' 3-2 home defeat to Norwich on Tuesday night, writes Josh Fordham.
Tony Watt inspired a second-half comeback for the Addicks, coming off the bench to score one and create another, but Norwich grabbed the points with an 84th-minute winner.
Addicks are now 13 games without a win and Luzon said: “The attitude in the first half was fantastic and with our situation of not winning in three months the players played well.
"I know we are very disappointed and the fans are very disappointed. We need to carry on the attitude from the second half into the next game so we need the fans to be with us. It is the only way to carry on and get a result.
“In the first half we wanted the ball too much but we were passionate and had good organisation.
“After 2-0 and the single mistakes the atmosphere was not easy. We come back to the dressing room and say to them that I know they are giving 100% and they need to have that passion and organisation.
“We came back and scored two goals but unfortunately we conceded the third one in the last five minutes. It is very disappointing because we deserved to get at least a point.
“I knew that I arrived to the job with the club not having good momentum and in a difficult situation but it is part of the job and you need to pass an obstacle like this and I’m sure we will do it.”
Charlton sit 20th in the Championship table, just three points off Millwall in the relegation zone.
