Dartford new-boy Adam Gross will make his home debut in the FA Trophy third qualifying round replay against Blue Square South side St Albans at Princes Park tonight (Tuesday).
The 22-year-old left-back signed on a month's loan from Grays late last week.
He played in Saturday's 0-0 draw at Clarence Park and boss Tony Burman said: "He came in and did okay, has a lot of experience at a higher level, and I am delighted to get him. It's a position I have been looking to fill for some time."
Lee Noble, Danny Dafter and Cody McDonald are all expected to shake-off knocks picked up at the weekend and Burman added: "St Albans are a very good side, and we went there and stopped the rot after three successive defeats, the major plus for us was keeping a clean-sheet."
Tonight's winners are away to Blue Square Premier Stevenage, but Burman added: "I am not thinking any further ahead than tonight. We have a job to be done, to get the right result against St Albans, and if we do it will be a fantastic achievement."
Welling travel to Southampton to face British Gas South & West side AFC Totton, after being held to a 1-1 draw at Park View Road on Saturday.
The winners will be at home to Weymouth next month.
