Lee Noble wants to stay at Dartford for years to come after signing a deal which will keep him at Princes Park next season.
The 27-year-old has made more than 300 appearances for the Darts since joining from Brentwood in May 2008.
Noble has been the standout performer for Dartford this season and he didn’t need asking twice when manager Tony Burman offered him a new contract.
He said: "He asked me if I was interested in signing and I told him I wasn’t interested in going anywhere else, no matter what league we’re in.
"Dartford have always been good to me and next season will be my eighth there.
"They’ve had their ups and downs, like any club does, but they’ve always been good to me.
"I’d like to play there for the next few years, if I’m wanted."
A positional change has brought the best out of Noble in the Vanarama Conference this season.
He said: "I’ve always played on the right or left wing and wanted to move into central midfield. I finally got my chance and proved I can play there at a good level.
"I’m good at hassling players, nicking the ball off people and then finding a pass, creating opportunities for other people.
"We had a few injuries and some people were probably under-performing so he thought he’d give me a go."
