THE Dartford-based rugby league club, the Kent Ravens, are to receive guidance from Phil Jones, the player performance manager at Harlequins Rugby League Club.

From March, Jones will work closely with all the coaches and volunteers at the Ravens to help plan, set out and organise training sessions.

Jones has helped turn local talent such as Michael Worrincy, Tony Club and Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook into Super League players.
