Ronnie Vint's celebration said it all after scoring the last-minute goal which sunk Woking at Kingfield.
The centre-half headed a 97th-minute winner for Dartford and let rip with a big roar in front of the home supporters behind the goal.
Vint punched the air and was submerged by his jubilant team-mates.
He said: "I got a bit of stick in the first half down in that corner so I thought 'do you know what, 90th minute, I'm going to give a little bit back here' and it was nice to see it go in.
"The gaffers have been on my case about getting on the end of things and what a time to get my first header of the season. I'm delighted for the boys.
"The delivery from Ben (Greenhalgh) was superb. He's been like that every week to be fair to him and it was nice to get on the end of it."
Dartford played the last 15 minutes against nine men after Woking had Ben Gerring and Armani Little sent off.
Vint said: "We carried on playing well and we moved the ball better. You can always switch off but we didn't.
"Tom Bonner was excellent, Dan Johnson and Jordan Wynter were superb, Bailey Vose in goal and the boys going forward.
"It was a proper Dartford performance and we deserved three points.
"It's a massive result for us. We've been in and out of the play-offs but we're going in the right direction now.
"These are the big boys in the league this season but we've come here and done a job.
"Recently the boys have been brilliant. Everyone's getting on, they're gelling and it's a pleasure to be in the changing-room.
"When we get results like this, it can only help us going forward. We're back in the play-offs now and we've got to stay in there.
"Look at last season. Braintree came from nowhere (to get promoted) so as long as we're in there, in the mix, that's all we can do."
