Dartford made it two wins out of two in National League South with a comfortable victory over Slough on Saturday.
Goals from Ade Azeez, Noor Husin and substitute George Porter did the damage for a dominant Dartford side, who were in complete control from first whistle to last.
Darts made one change from the team that won 3-1 at St Albans on the opening day of the season with striker Dan Roberts replacing Jake Robinson.
The home side were quickly into their stride with their pace up front and trickery in midfield causing problems for Slough.
An early Jordan Wynter cross had to be tipped away from the feet of Roberts by keeper Jonathan North, before the ex-Slough striker warmed the palms of North from 20 yards three minutes later.
Slough threatened through Max Worsfold twice but keeper Dan Wilks was a virtual spectator.
After a scrappy spell, Darts came again before the break. Danny Leonard had the beating of left-back Freddie Grant throughout, cutting in 10 minutes before the break but failing to make a decent connection with his left-foot shot.
A minute later Jack Jebb's 25-yard free-kick came back off the crossbar and was cleared but Slough failed to hold on until the break.
Roberts latched onto a loose Grant touch and the ball was quickly worked into Leonard, who unselfishly squared for Azeez to turn in from close range.
Azeez should have added a second six minutes after the break but North produced an incredible point-blank save, spreading his body to keep out Azeez's header after Roberts stood up a brilliant cross from the left wing.
Azeez then shot wide on the turn and it was no surprise when Darts added a second goal just before the hour mark.
The move started with a Darts goal kick, Josh Hill playing forward to Azeez who turned his man on halfway. Azeez fed strike partner Roberts, whose shot was parried by North. Husin latched onto the loose ball and beat the defender on the line, and the retreating keeper before slamming the ball home.
Roberts again had chances to get that goal he wanted against his old side but Darts played out the remainder of the game without alarm.
Boss Steve King introduced Luke Wanadio and Porter, the latter having an immediate impact as he scored within two minutes.
Roberts was played in down the left and rather than go for goal he unselfishly squared for Porter to score from close range with his first touch.
