Dartford manager Ady Pennock has reshaped his squad for the final eight games of the season.
The Darts sit in the National League South relegation zone ahead of Saturday’s crunch home game with Hemel Hempstead, a game that sees former boss Alan Dowson return to Princes Park in the opposite dugout.
Pennock, who has lost his first three games in charge, has shuffled his pack ahead of the run-in with three loan signings.
With goalkeeper Billy Terrell sent off against Maidstone last weekend, the Darts have signed keeper Rhys Byrne on loan from League 1 Leyton Orient.
Byrne, who has had previous loan experience at Canvey Island, started the campaign on the bench for Orient’s first team. He made his senior debut in the EFL Trophy in September and played three more matches in the tournament, keeping four clean sheets before they were knocked out on penalties by MK Dons.
Also coming in from Brisbane Road is defender Harrison Sodje, who has previously had loan spells at Cray Wanderers, Heybridge Swifts and Bishop’s Stortford.
The final new face is striker Ollie Bray, who joins on loan from National League Aldershot until the end of the season.
Bray, who scored for Aldershot in the FA Cup against West Brom earlier this season, had most recently been on loan at Truro in National League South.
The 20-year-old forward only joined Aldershot from Southern League Willand Rovers in November.
Heading out of the exit door are Ibby Akanbi, Tom Clifford and Elliott Romain, who have all returned to their parent clubs following the end of their loan spells.
