Welling have completed the signing of midfielder Lee Blackburn from Crawley.
Andy Ford has snapped up the 22-year-old midfielder, who can also play at right-back, after hs spent three years with Blue Square Premier Crawley.
Blackburn, who made 23 appearances last season, has also served Chelsea and Norwich.
