Alkham Valley Road is shut between the Slip Lane junction and the Standen Lane junction due to high water levels and pot holes.

Dover District Council (DDC) tweeted the message last night to residents: "We've been advised by @KentHighways that Alkham Valley Road is being closed due to flooding and serious pot holing in the village of Alkham."
