Music by the new Victory Wartime Band and singing led by Rebecca Robinson from Deal will feature in Saturday’s Carols at the Bandstand.
The Deal Memorial Bandstand Trust is organising the annual event on Walmer Green, starting at 5pm, to be led by the Rev Seth Cooper from St Mary’s Church, Walmer, the chaplain to the bandstand.
Trust secretary Steve Parks said: “The usual message for people attending is wrap up warm and bring a torch."
After the Carols at the Bandstand there will be a Christmas carnival organised by the Deal, Walmer and Kingsdown Regatta Association.
