A Dover man has pleaded guilty to drink driving following an incident that happened last month.
Jaroslav Cury, of Folkestone Road, drove an Audi A4 and was stopped on the A256 Sandwich Road at Cliffsend on December 1 last year.
Cury produced 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35.
On January 13, Thanet Magistrates’ Court banned Cury from driving for three years and ordered him to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work over the next year.
He has also got to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
