Loved ones giving each other a kiss can have themselves photographed to help war victims in Ukraine.

Music and fashion snapper Rob Baker Ashton will take pictures of people puckering up for a minimum donation of £20.

The Kiss for Peace event, from noon to 6pm on Saturday (April 2), is part of a wider fundraising day.

This at The Lighthouse music and arts pub at The Strand, Walmer.

Entertainment in the evening includes music from the punk band The May Day Riots plus Gentlemen of Few, which blends indie, folk and alternative rock songs.

All funds from the day go to the Disasters Emergency Committee.
