There are delays on a busy route near Deal after a crash outside a school.

Police were called to a two-car collision in Mongeham Road, Sholden at about 4.30pm.

It is understood there is heavy traffic in the area and the route is partially blocked.

The incident happened near Hornbeam Primary School.

A police spokesman said: “Officers are at the scene where no injuries have been reported.

“Arrangements are underway to recover one of the vehicles.”
