The public inquiry into the fees charged by Dover Harbour Board to its customers is due to start next week.
The ferry operators lodged objections to the ship, passenger and goods tarrifs under Section 31 of the Harbours Act 1964, and the Department of Transport has now set a timetable for the inquiry, which will be heard by Inspector Lloyd Rodgers.
The inquiry will be held at Dover Marina Hotel on the seafront beginning at 10am on Tuesday September 13, and sessions will be held for the rest of the week through to Friday September 16.
Further sessions are planned for Tuesday and Wednesday, September 20 and 21, and Tuesday to Friday September 27 to 30.
