Lions Den

Deal's own mini-Glastonbury music festival takes place on Saturday at Deal and Betteshanger Rugby Club.
The Lions Den fun starts at the club ground off Canada Road, Walmer, at 11am and ends at 9pm, with a host of bands from across the Deal area playing on the main stage.
These include Springtide Cavalry, The Flack, The Alleviators, Euston, The Tony Johnson Band, City Lightz, We Cry Hero and Your Shout.
There is also a dance tent with guest DJs, a fully licensed bar, food, a Kid Lazer Centre,rodeo bull, car rally and much more.
Tickets on the day are £5 or £3 in advance from Sound House in Deal High Street, Ebdens Garage or the rugby club bar. Unders 13s are admitted free to the music festival , if accompanied by a paying adult.
