Man dies in collision on the A258

Police have confirmed that a man has died after a collision in the early hours of this morning.
The incident happened just after midnight on the A258 at the Langdon Cross Road and involved a white Ford Connect van, blue Volkswagon Polo and black Nissan X-Trail.
Police, ambulance and fire crews attended the collision and the driver of the white van, a man in his 30s, died at the scene.
His next of kin have been made aware.
The driver and two passengers travelling in the Volkswagon have all received serious injuries and have been taken to hospital.
The road is now reopen.
Officers from Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit are now appealing for any witnesses to get in contact as soon as possible.
