The East Kent Morris Men were up early this morning to give their traditional greeting to the sunrise on May Day.

They went to Dover seafront at 5.30 a.m., just as the sun was appearing over the Eastern Docks, to dance the morning in.

It's a centuries-old tradition which Morris sides throughout the country were helping to keep alive.
