An appeal has been made for witnesses to an assault outside a club in Adrian Street, Dover, last month.

The incident happened between 1.30 and 2am on Saturday August 25 when a 27-year-old man from Dover was left with an injured nose and a 20-year-old woman was pushed.

The man said he had been punched, and the woman was not badly injured.

Two Dover men, aged 19 and 27, who were arrested shortly after the alleged assault have been released on bail until October 7 while police make further enquiries.
