Healthwatch in Kent is asking residents in Deal and Dover to tell them about their experiences at East Kent Hospitals.

The new, independent consumer champion for health and social care users has organised nine listening events throughout May, all over East Kent.

A team will be in Dover on Tuesday, May 19, from 10am until 12.30pm.

Healthwatch want to hear about your experiences

People can also share their experiences over the phone, by email or text.

Communications leader Nicky Scott said: “Hospital services in East Kent will need to change in the future to cope with our increased population and the complexity of our health needs. If you live in East Kent and have used hospital services in the past few years, we need to hear your experience.

“Your experience will be used to help design a better service that can cope with the current demands.”
