Karen Stupples has passed the $3million career earnings mark on the US Women’s golf tour.

The Deal professional played her first tournament on the LPGA Tour in 1999 and has now won a total of $3,036,968 following her 13th-place finish in the Hana Bank KOLO Championship in South Korea at the weekend.

That took Stupples’ winnings for this season to $700,510 in 23 LPGA tournaments, including six top-10 finishes and 13 top-20 finishes.

The former British Open champion will make a rare appearance on the Ladies' European Tour next month when she competes in the Dubai Ladies' Masters.
