Some 15,000 people packed Walmer Green in the sunshine on Saturday and viewed more than 600 classic vehicles at Deal Motor Show.

The show raised almost £8,000 for Walmer Lifeboat, and was acclaimed a huge success.

Organiser Chris West said: "It was one of the largest events ever staged on Walmer Green and the show stretched half a mile along the seafront."
