A woman has told a jury she was raped by a Deal UK Border Agency official after accepting a lift home from a party.
She claimed that after the alleged attack Neil Crosland told her she had looked “shagworthy” at the event.
The woman – who had downed three pints of cider –said she had been given a lift home by Crosland when she fell asleep in his car.
She alleged she woke up in a notorious “dogging spot” where she was subjected to an attack as other people looked on.
Crosland, 43, of Felderland Lane, Worth, has denied 11 charges of rape and sexual assault.
Prosecutor Dominic Connolly told a jury at Canterbury Crown Court: “She woke up to find the car parked in a car park. Neil Crosland was on top of her.
“He said it would be quick and added that she deserved it because she had ‘looked shagworthy all night’. He then proceeded to rape her” - Prosecutor Dominic Connolly
“He had pushed up her dress. She told him she didn’t want sex and began fighting with him, pushing him on his shoulders, telling him to stop.
“He said it would be quick and added that she deserved it because she had ‘looked shagworthy all night’. He then proceeded to rape her.”
Crosland is then alleged to have told his victim that he couldn’t help himself and that he had wanted her all night.
The prosecutor told the jury: “She later found out that the location where he had taken her was to a ‘dogging site’, where people come to watch other people have sex. She recalls seeing at least one person watching while it happened.”
When Crosland was arrested he said the woman had worn a cocktail dress to the event more than 20 years ago and had looking “stunning” and admitted driving her to “ a beauty spot” where he claimed the two had consensual sex.
On another occasion, Crosland is alleged to have grabbed a woman by the hair and forced her in a bedroom where he tied her to the bed.
Mr Connolly said that he then grabbed a pair of scissors and cut off her clothes before shaving her vagina with a razor.
The prosecutor said the woman pleaded to be untied but Crosland said: “You’re loving it!” before carrying out a rape while strangling her until she nearly passed out.
He alleged that the victim was then left tied to the bed for between five to six hours before her ordeal ended.
Crosland was arrested and told officers the woman had taken part in consensual role play when she was tied up – but only for between “15 to 20 minutes”.
