Police have seized more than 30 bottles and cans of alcohol from under-age drinkers in Dover and Deal as part of a Safer Spring Campaign.
The figures have been released as the Government announces new measures to tackle binge drinking by teenagers.
A total of 127 young people were stopped and checked in the two towns during the campaign in an effort to target anti-social behaviour and damage caused by drunken youths.
Extra officers have been on patrol and 18 licensing checks have been carried out to ensure alcohol was not being supplied to young people.
The Safer Spring Campaign was launched at the end of March to tackle anti-social behaviour and burglary.
Patrols will continue to focus on areas where young people are known to congregate and cause a nuisance and in the meantime the police are working on plans for the next large-scale operation to deal with the summer holiday period.
Insp Paul Ludwig said: "We have taken the names and details of a number of young people who were drinking illegally in a public place.
"We will monitor the situation and if they are caught again, we will take further action."
