Two second half penalties saw Dover rescue a point in a lively Kent derby against Bromley, which finished 2-2.

Whites defender Matt Fish was also sent off for violent conduct before half-time in a game packed with incident.

Bromley opened the scoring somewhat against the run of play with their first real attack, Rob Gillman bundling the ball home from inside the area. Dover continued to play the ball around nicely, but soon found themselves further behind after giving the ball away from their own corner. A breakaway Bromley move was finished off by Luke I'Anson to make it 2-0.

Things soon got even worse for Andy Hessenthaler's men as Matt Fish was given his marching orders for an apparent kick on Ryan Hall. Frannie Collin was surrendered before half-time as The Whites were forced to reshuffle their pack.

After the break, Dover pulled a goal back on 56 minutes from the penalty spot. Nicky Southall's free kick into the box resulted in a foul on Jon Wallis, who stepped up to finish from 12 yards.

Deep into stoppage time, Adam Birchall proved to be Whites' saviour. Tutu Henriques was penalised by the referee for a foul on substitute Tom Davis and Birchall stepped up to level the scores and send the travelling fans home happy.

Dover remain second, seven points behind leaders Newport County, while the draw keeps Bromley in eigth.
