A driver fled after crashing through a brick wall into a house in the early hours of this morning.

Police were called to the scene in Hamilton Road, Deal, shortly before 2am.

But when officers arrived, the driver had left.

Press officer Scarlet Jones said: “We received a report of a collision at 1.38am on Thursday, February 2.

“A car was in collision with a house.

“Officers attended the scene in Hamilton Road, Deal.

“No injuries reported. The driver left the scene before patrols’ arrival. Inquiries are ongoing.”
