Deal manager Derek Hares is demanding his defenders improve concentration and to stop conceding an alarming amount of goals.
The early season Safety Net Kent League, Premier Division leaders’ problems began with a 6-1 defeat in the Umbro Kent Senior Trophy at Holmesdale in October.
Hares hoped at the time it was a "one-off" but it has not proved that way, with the club letting in 22 in their last six matches.
In that time, they have kept only one clean sheet, in the Premier Division League Cup at Corinthian in November.
Hares said: "When we let in it one it seems to affect us. We need to cut out the mistakes and concentrate for 90 minutes.
"It was the same at Norton on Monday, when we were 4-0 down at half-time.
"We regrouped at half-time and we dominated from start to finish, pulled two goals back and had another disallowed."
Jordan Miller starts a three-match ban at the weekend after being sent-off in a reserve game but Danny Smith returns after suspension. Mo Takaloo is unavailable.
