A double strike from Adam Birchall ensured Dover maintained their 100 per cent home record in Blue Square South and stayed top of the table on Saturday.
After a disappointing first half, in the which the two sides remained deadlocked, Whites boss Andy Hessethaler made a double half-time substitution.
Birchall (pictured) and Jerahl Hughes entered the fray and the two substitutes combined to give the home side the lead after 65 minutes. Hughes played in Birchall who struck a left-footed shot into the corner of the goal.
Darren Edwards looked like he had snatched a point for the visitors on the stroke of full-time when he lobbed Lee Hook, before Birchall netted his seventh of the season when he latched on to a long ball forward and fired home in stoppage time.
