Dover manager Nicky Forster has signed winger Chris Sessegnon and striker Ben May.
Former Sutton youngster Sessegnon has impressed during pre-season and played 90 minutes when Whites drew 0-0 at Blue Square Bet Premier side Ebbsfleet on Saturday.
Boss Forster (pictured) said: "He’s a young kid, only 18 or 19 but he’s looking to improve and gives us an extra body in the squad.
"He’s quick, puts deliveries in the box and he tracks back well. He can also cover us at right-back so he’s value for money."
May - a former striker with Millwall - has been training with League 2 Gillingham during the summer and arrives fit and ready to go.
Forster said: "Ben will bring a real competition for places and is the final piece of our attacking jigsaw."
But Dover have pulled out of a move for Polish striker Jacek Magdzinski, with Forster not convinced he would have improved the squad.
He said: "Jacek had something about him but I wasn’t 100% convinced so I decided not to pursue a deal."
