Dover boss Nicky Forster is looking forward to getting his new arrivals relaxed when his side return for pre-season training this Saturday.
Calum Willock, Steven Thomson, Daniel Webb, Dean Rance, Mitchell Walker and Ricky Modeste have all arrived at Crabble this summer, and Forster (pictured) is keen to integrate them with their new team-mates.
He said: "We will have an initiation ceremony at some stage, but it is important to know when to do things during pre-season. We want the players to come in this weekend and chill out.
"We'll give a brief speech but we won't go into huge detail.
"It will mainly be a day of testing, fitness, weight, body fat, that sort of thing, and we might do some low-level ball work at the end.
"We'll mainly check where they are fitness-wise and how good they have been over the summer. Most of the players are pretty good these days. They've not been given any guidelines, and they won't get fined for being out of shape, but those that are will have to work extra hard to catch up."
Sunday will see Crabble host a trial day for players looking to win a place in Forster's squad, and the Whites boss said: "It should be an exciting day. Who knows what gems we might uncover?
"Even if it's just one player, it'll be worthwhile."
