Dover Athletic have re-signed Cray Wanderers winger Sam Long on dual registration forms until the end of the season.
Long, who originally joined Whites from Croydon Athletic in September 2010, figured in their famous FA Cup run to the third round two seasons ago before being released at the end of that campaign.
He played under Kinnear at Margate at the start of the current season before joining Cray.
Kinnear (pictured) said: "Sam trained with us on Saturday because the Cray game was off.
"He will continue to play for Cray but will be able to turn out for us in an emergency and he did well for us when he was at Margate."
The 22-year-old started out at Charlton Athletic where he progressed through the Addicks youth system.
On leaving Charlton, he had trials with Gillingham before signing for Grays Athletic and went on to play for Histon, Tonbridge Angels and Croydon Athletic before joining Whites and Kinnear added: "Sam’s got a lot of talent and he’s still only a young lad."
