The EE signal problems are continuing in Deal due to "severe damage", a spokesman has confirmed.
EE explained that the problems are caused by an isolated incident when a construction firm caused severe damage to one of their sites.
Richard Lawless, who works at RAM computers on Western Road in Deal, explained that as a customer, he has been in touch with EE after a week without any signal whatsoever.
He was told by EE that construction work at Park Avenue Motors has cut through one of the cables for the mast and caused the issues.
He added: "A week to fix it in these times is really unacceptable. It's cost me money, how much I have no idea yet."
Mr Lawless explained like many people he uses his mobile as well as a landline for business.
"EE is responsible to make people aware that it is going on and keep people up to date. They have been very good when I've rung through."
He says EE customers should be able to claim compensation for the money lost during this period.
He also believes that when EE merged with T-mobile and Orange that it decommissioned some of the masts in order to save money.
"It was a risk they shouldn't take. They thought they didn't need all those other masts but now one is down and this happens."
EE denies that any masts have been decommissioned for almost two years.
A spokesman added: “The signal issues reported earlier this week were the result of an isolated fault with an existing mast, which was quickly resolved. However, we can confirm that a construction firm carrying out building work has caused severe damage to one of our sites, destroying a basestation that connects a number of sites in the local area.
"We are investigating this as a matter of priority.”
