'We expect this year's festival to be even bigger and better' - Paul Kennedy, festival organiser
Visitors can buy unusual grocery products ranging from souffles and cheeses to baklava and Turkish delight.
Zoom Events' director Paul Kennedy said: "Stand bookings are up on last year and we expect this year's festival to be even bigger and better.
"We are lucky to have such a delightful, unique location at Deal Castle and we hope the warm summer continues to help us pull in the crowds, giving the British seaside a welcome boost."
Booze will be flowing at the craft beer, cider and prosecco bars.
Mr Kennedy promised there will be plenty of entertainment to keep the children amused too, with fairground rides and other attractions.
A packed programme of live music will keep the festival on a high featuring high quality performers and local artists.
