All the excitement of the final series of Game of Thrones tempted one of its stars to head to the Kent coast for a break.
Nathalie Emanuel, who plays Missandei of Naath, spent a couple of days in Deal before taking to Instagram to share how "lovely" it is with her 4.6 million followers.
The 30-year-old actress posted snaps of the beach, boats and coastal cottages and also gave a shout out to both Deal and Walmer castles.
It would appear the weekend away was a much needed break for the star who featured prominently in the latest episode of Games of Thrones.
Referring to Deal and Walmer Castles, she alludes to her sorry end after being beheaded on the walls of Kings Landing at the order of Cersei, saying you would think she "would have learned my lesson".
She wrote: "Took a relaxing couple of days away to Deal in Kent last weekend... and it really is quite lovely.
"At first I was not into the idea of “holidaying” in a seaside town because I grew up in one but I really enjoyed myself.
"Seems I can’t keep myself out of old castles... one would think I would have learned my lesson.
"But Deal and Walmer castle are really cool heritage sites to visit... the gardens at Walmer Castle are spectacular.
"Shout out to @mercedesbenzuk for the loan out for my lil weekend staycation and @jomclintock6 letting me crash in her cute little house there."
