A disappointing last round display saw Karen Stupples squander the chance to win the second major women's golf title of her career at the weekend.
The 2004 British Open champion went into Sunday's final round of the Kraft Nabisco Championship at Mission Hills Country Club in California with a one-shot lead after rounds of 69,69 and 68.
But the Deal 36-year-old then struggled to a six-over-par 78 to finish on a four-under-par total of 284, nine shots behind the winner, Yani Tseng of Taiwan.
Stupples' consolation was a cheque for $64,408, taking her up to 18th place on the LPGA moneylist with $84,433 from two just events.
