Several women have complained about a man seen loitering and making rude remarks at a family visitor attraction on the outskirts of Dover.
Police are hunting the man, who has been making "inappropriate suggestions" to women at a Kearsney Abbey.
He is said to loiter, before approaching women and saying the inappropriate comments.
He appears to be particularly targeting dog walkers, and police are warning people, especially women, not to approach him.
He is described as a white, slim, in his early 20s, with pale skin, short, dark, wavy hair and blue eyes. He has been described as "good-looking" and well-spoken.
He wears smart casual clothes, which sometimes include a three-quarter length jacket. Some witnesses have said he appears to have a bus timetable in his shirt pocket.
The police are asking people to call them if they see this man, but not to approach him. If possible, they should try and see where he goes.
Anything suspicious should be reported to the park keeper if he is on duty, or phone the police on 101.
