A school for children of military parents in Kent has been rocked after two men with links to it were arrested for alleged child porn offences, it was revealed today.
The husband of a staff member at the Duke of York's Royal Military School in Dover was quizzed in April for allegedly publishing indecent images.
Last week, a teaching student helping out on a gap year was cautioned by police for allegedly viewing and storing indecent images.
Set within 150 acres, the institution is a distinguished independent boarding school for 11 to 18-year-old sons and daughters of Army, Navy and RAF personnel.
It also educates children whose parents have served in any of the armed forces on a regular engagement for a minimum of four years.
In April, a large section of the school was destroyed in a fire that ripped through a boarding house.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "A 34-year-old man who is the husband of a member of staff at the school was arrested on suspicion of possessing indecent images.
"He has been bailed until while officers make further enquiries.
"In a separate incident, a 19-year-old man on a gap year helping out at the school was arrested on June 22 on suspicion of possessing indecent images.
"He is on bail until September 15 while officers make further enquiries."
