Dover Athletic have injury doubts over Terry Dixon and Dean Rance ahead of Saturday's trip to Basingstoke in Blue Square Bet South.
Both men went off with injuries during Tuesday's 2-1 home win over high-flying Chelmsford.
Striker Dixon (pictured) went off just before the break with a knee injury, to be replaced by James Walker, who hit the winner, while Rance was forced off in the second half with an ankle problem.
The 20-year-old midfielder had been signed on a month’s loan from Gillingham.
The match at Basingstoke is the first of four successive away games and manager Nicky Forster says he does not expect an easy ride.
Forster said: "Basingstoke will be a tough game but so was Salisbury and we came away from there with a 1-0 win.
"If we had lost against Chelmsford on Tuesday it would have been all doom and gloom and ‘Dover are going nowhere this season’, so we know what we are up against."
Meanwhile, centre-half Ollie Schulz, whose proposed move to another Kent club fell through early last week, did exit Crabble on Friday when he joined Tonbridge.
