Dover manager Nicky Forster says he has not finished spending, despite adding prolific Conference Premier striker Calum Willock to his ranks.
Willock dropped down a division to join Whites from Ebbsfleet where the 29-year-old has reached 20 goals in each of the past two seasons.
Willock has played in the top six tiers of English football after starting out at Premier League Fulham 12 years ago and also appeared internationally for St Kitts & Nevis.
Forster (pictured) said: "He and I spoke about the ambition of the club. He has tasted promotion with Ebbsfleet a couple of years back and, with all due respect to them, players like to be chasing at the right end of the table come the end of the season and hopefully he’ll be doing that with us."
"People are going to be saying ‘what have they done to get him to go there’ but, as with all our signings, he fits in with the budget we’re working to. I’ve still got scope to bring another couple in."
