Dover boss Nicky Forster has shrugged off their Blue Square Bet South favourites’ tag.
Forster's side are expected to challenge for the title along with the likes of Eastleigh, Welling and Chelmsford, according to ther bookies.
But he said: "We can’t lose sight of the fact there are 21 other teams with ambitions to get into the top five in our division.
"I think the league will be far more level this year, last year Woking and Dartford were the two standouts."
Forster (pictured) also revealed the club had more than 100 applications from players for a Crabble trial on July 1.
