A 75-year-old man reported missing from Deal has been safely located.

George Cartledge was reported missing after he was last seen in the Granville Road area of the town at around 2pm yesterday.

He was wearing a navy blue quilted jacket, blue jeans with brown walking boots and grey gloves and is known to often walk towards St Margaret’s at Cliffe.

He is around 6ft and slim, bald on top with shaved grey hair on the side.
