Police investigate two burglaries carried out in one night in Deal

Police are investigating two burglaries in Deal over the weekend.

The first occurred between 10pm on Saturday and 9.30am on Sunday in Walmer Castle Road, Deal, where a laptop worth £400 was stolen.

The second incident happened between midnight and 3.45am on Sunday at a house in Church Street.

A spokesman said: “It is believed the suspect entered the property via an open window. It is not known what, if anything, has been stolen at this stage.”
