The Sportsman pub in Sholden will go under the hammer at auction later this month.
The hostelry sale includes three associated chalets for letting as well as the car park and garden at a guide price of £350,000-plus.
Auctioneer Kevin Gilbert said: “This could continue as a business and there might be the possibility to develop the site as long as all necessary consents are obtainable."
He added: “It is an established business and would suit an entrepreneurial type.
“The chalets offer further potential for rental income to be had and the large site provides a multitude of business opportunities.”
Also in Sholden and up for sale is The Old Lorry Shop in Sandwich Road, a 3.88 acre site occupied by a farm shop and car park.
The public auction will take place at the Clive Emson conference centre in Detling, Maidstone, at 11am on Monday, October 30.
