A road was closed for three hours following a four vehicle crash.

Kent Police was called to Sandwich Road in Hacklinge, near Deal, at 3.40pm yesterday after a truck and three cars collided.

Firefighters and ambulance staff were also in attendance, and those involved were treated for minor injuries.

The road was closed until 6.45pm while emergency services dealt with the incident and until the vehicles were recovered.
