Children from Barton Junior School and White Cliffs Primary College for the Arts have been proudly showing off letters they have received from Schools Minister Nick Gibb congratulating them on being in the top 100 schools nationally with sustained improvement.
Barton achieved a good grading by Ofsted and White Cliffs Primary College for the Arts achieved outstanding.
Chief Executive of The Dover Federation for the Arts, Chris Russell, said “it is very nice to be publicly recognised by a minister for the fantastic achievements of our pupils.
“It is also a testimony to the very hard work done by an exceptional staff at both schools as well as wonderful parental support”.
