THE selection of Kent's Shaun McCaughan to represent England in the British Isles Under-25 indoor bowls championships at Fareham, Hampshire, on January 10 to 11 has been confirmed.

McCaughan, from Cavell Square, Deal, was forced to miss England Under-25s match against Wales on November 16 because of flu.

But the England selectors have shown their faith in the 22-year-old by including him in their 16-strong squad for the Home Internationals.
