Grab those running shoes for a half-marathon along the east Kent coast in aid of PSA Kent.

The Mercury’s charity of the year is hosting the 13.1 mile Deal Costal Half Marathon on Sunday, September 20.

It starts at 10am from Deal Pier.

Participants can run or walk, and all proceeds will go to Prostate Cancer Support Association in Kent.
