Police in Dover are appealing for witnesses to a theft and assault in Connaught Park.

Two 14-year-old boys were walking in the park at 3.15 pm on Friday March 26 when they were approached by three teenage boys.

One of the teenagers pushed one of the boys into a bush and stole his hat.

Anyone who was in the park at the time and witnessed the incident, or has any information is asked to contact PC Kirstine Davies on 01622 690690.
