Four teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after vandalism to Walmer Paddling Pool.

A 16-year-old girl and three 16-year-old boys have been questioned about the damage and released on bail until September 11.

On Tuesday a police spokesman said: “One of the boys was also arrested on suspicion of the theft of two bikes from The Strand, Walmer, and damage to some tables committed on July 17.”
