Three drivers escaped injury yesterday, after a collision on the A258 near Ringwould.

Police and one ambulance car attended the scene after the incident by the Five Bells pub at around 2.30pm.

A police spokesman said: “No injuries were reported but the road was partially blocked for a short period of time until the vehicles could be moved.

"The road was cleared by 3.38pm.”

A SECamb spokesman said: “We weren’t required, we just checked everyone over at the scene.”
