Two men have been found guilty of conspiracy to rob and murder the pop star Joss Stone.
Kevin Liverpool, 35, from Manchester, has been jailed for life, and told he will serve at least 10 years and eight months in jail.
Junior Bradshaw, 32, also from Manchester, will be sentenced at a later date.
They were arrested near the Dover-born singer's home in Devon two years ago.
Police found weapons in their car, as well as balaclavas and bin bags.

They also found hand-written notes which described Miss Stone as a "she-devil", and talked about a plot to find her, chop her head off and find a river in which to dump her body.
Speaking after the convictions at Exeter Crown Court, Superintendent Steve Parker, the Senior Investigating Officer at Devon and Cornwall Police said: "I have no doubt that Liverpool and Bradshaw were intending to harm Miss Stone and it was through the alertness of the public and good police work that we were able to bring this incident to a successful conclusion."
Detective Sergeant Martin Sutcliffe said he would "like to thank Joss Stone, her family and management team who have shown continued support and assisted in any way they could despite their considerable commitments."
Miss Stone was born at the Buckland Hospital, in Dover, lived in Albert Road and went to St Mary's Primary School in the town.
She became a household name a decade ago with songs Fell In Love With A Boy and Super Duper Love.
